You guys only hear customer complaints. I purchased a new '08 Buick Enclave CXL from the second dealer I had seen, Grossinger Auto Place. The person I saw was a 27 year old Sales Manager. But for a 27 year old, he was really on the ball, very polite, friendly and knowledgeable.

This vehicle is a great vehicle. The '08 Enclave is a new, upgraded type of vehicle. I took delivery on October 5th, 2007. I made it to order, so I got exactly what I wanted. It was a pleasure to do business with this guy at the dealership. I am very happy with this vehicle; I got everything I wanted in this vehicle. I just wanted to get this to your attention.

They even sent a sales rep to my house to help me and show me the functions on the vehicle. This is the type of dealer that people love to do business with.

I have to rave about Darryl Reese in the Service Department. This is the second time that I have dealt with him and I have to say he is all about the Customer. I always call before I show up and he is more than accomodating with every aspect of his job. It is a pleasurable experience dealing with him.
