Thank you so much facilitating the 6 month loan of the new Chevy van for our Green Youth Farm and Windy City Harvest Programs. it provides much needed transportation of staff and materials to locations throughout the Chicago area.
These outstanding programs serve high school students and young adults from underserved areas of the city and give them an opportunity to break out the cycle of poverty and unemployment. It is inspiring how involved the participants become, how hard they work throughout the year, and the enormous pride they take in their accomplishments and knowledge. The lessons they learn provide an important foundation for them and will benefit their community in the future.

Thank you again for your generosity to loan the new Chevy van to the Garden. Our managers for the Green Youth Farm and Windy City Harvest programs are so grateful to have a new vehicle transport staff and materials to our different sites. It will help them immensely to be more efficient in their important work.
We greatly value your support of the Garden's community gardening programs. These programs help to educate and employ underserved communities of high school students and adults in the Chicagoland area. They plant, grow, harvest and sell their products as well as receive nutrition and cooking lessons throughout the season. These programs are growing, and the Grossinger vehicle will help us to accomplish more in our urban garden locations.
Our new plant conservation science center opened last week and it is a remarkable building dedicating to saving the plants in order to save the planet. It would be wonderful to meet you and give you a behind-the-scenes tour of this building in the near future. Please give me a call when your scedule allows and I will be happy to show you our newest treasure.

I am writing to commend one of your Service Advisors, John Kinser. He provided service beyond the call to me and I wanted to let you know how pleased I am that I purchased my new Yukon from your Autoplex. This is the third automobile my wife and I purchased from Grossinger. The 2008 Yukon Hybrid I purchased was used with only 5000 miles and I thought the deal that I worked out with your used car division was within my budget. There was however a crack in the right bumper that was fixed after taking the position of the Yukon. This was done and when the Yukon was returned to me I noticed that there was a difference in stability of the right verses the left sides but felt that it was the way it should be.
Needless to say, I was quite surprised when pulling from the parking spot a piece of plastic support fell from the right of the car. At this point I realized that the repair was not done properly and had to bring the Yukon back to get it repaired the proper way. As I drove to your lot I was thinking how I would approach the situation if my story was not believed. I approached the sales manager who was a different person from the one I bought the Yukon from, who directed me to the service department. where I was approached by John Kinser. He looked at the bumper and parts that broke away and the history of the service of the Yukon and said no problem, we'll fix it right. He told me to come in a few days later and he would keep it until it was repaired and cover the cost of the loaner. I was thrilled that first I was believed and that my Yukon would be repaired.
I picked up my Yukon yesterday and could not be happier with the service I received at Grossinger. Please thank John Kinser for me and even though you are such a large auto dealer, I felt respected and most importantly, believed.

I wanted to offer my appreciation and thanks for the level of service and hard work shown by Mike Mallett with my recent 2008 GMC Acadia purchase. It was not that Mike knew more or had a better presentation of his product than the other GMC dealers I visited…. It was simply that he never assumed my requirements and was always open to finding and ultimately acquiring the “right” vehicle for my family and me. It is that type of service, persistence and follow-up, which I will buy from any day and presented Grossinger steps ahead of the competition.

I am writing this letter to express to you my sincere appreciation for yet another wonderful experience that I had in purchasing a used vehicle through your Dealership.
